NEW FEDERAL LAW
Important Notice:
A new federal law requires all companies, whether newly established or existing, to comply with a mandatory filing requirement. Please review the following details:
Deadlines:
For companies established before January 1, 2024: December 31, 2024
For companies established on or after January 1, 2024: Within 30 days of establishment.
Penalties for Non-Compliance:
$500 per day, up to a maximum of $10,000
Up to 2 years in Federal Prison
